This app will show you the only way adults can improve their pronunciation in a foreign language. It shows you what cannot be explained. I wish they had this app for other languages!! I would pay for that! Have fun.
This is the best app for learning the pronunciation of English sounds. Great sound and graphics.
This app ia what I have been wanted!!! I use it everyday to practice sounds and each of animation are obvious how to use or move my mouth, tongue and lips:-)
I think this is the perfect way to learn how to pronounce in english. Of course it has some limitations but what you can wait from a free app? Get the full version and then youll be satisfied. In my own opinion this is the best pronunciation app I had found on the app store.
I have more than 100 apps installed on my iPhone and today I decided that this is IT: this is the best app I have!
I am an spanish native speaker but I speak english fairly well and I find this app to be extreeeeeemely helpful. I am surprise about the negative reviews since I have been searching for days and paying for other apps related to the same subject and this is -clearly- better done.
The only slightly negative comment that I have is that is not beautifully done: it is in other words graphically ugly and because of that I wasnt interested in looking into it .... Until today! I care a lot about the esthetics of things and the logo and interface are plain ugly. Besides that, I feel really grateful that someone took the time to make it, that it is so didactic and that (amazingly) it is for free.
It helps a lot for some vowel whose pronunciation I was not sure about before.
Some bad moments
I have paid a lot of money for subscription but this app doesnt work properly !
Bad program, very slow, very limited amount of words available, does not let you include words that you dont know and you need to know. Its not worth it.
1. No any pronunciation guide , please add introduction wording, such as:
How to articulate /i/ correctly:
Tongue: high, forward and tense
lips:spread (use a mirror to check your form)
2. Allow adding more desired words
